I HATE SEEING POOP BAGS ON TRAIL "Dog owners urged to use 'stick and flick' method instead of poo bags "

The stupid colorful poop bags are worse than the poop alone. They hang them from branches like Christmas tree decorations.. Not sure why.. To taunt us?
